Beary Cozy is a beautifully situated cabin surrounded by trees and wildlife. The hot tub sits on one corner of the elevated deck, giving a cozy feeling of seclusion and offering lovely views. Beary Cozy's master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite half bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. The living room has a wood burning fireplace with a king size bed in the area opposite to it. There is a full kitchen with a separate eating area, a full bathroom and Jacuzzi tub, as well as WiFi/Internet access. This cabin is within walking distance of Perk Canyon Trailhead and two miles from Grindstone Lake. 

**The drive is steep, so guests will need a 4WD or AWD in the winter.
